2018 State test results and school/district accountability reports are coming!

The school and district results from the spring 2018 MCAS administration will start to trickle out by the end of August. The public reporting of the first accountability designations under the new Massachusetts school and district accountability system are scheduled to happen in late September.

The current reporting schedule is as follows

  • August 17, 2018 – Preliminary MCAS results available for superintendents and principals
  • August 30, 2018 – Preliminary school and district accountability data available for superintendents and principals
  • Mid-September – 2018 Official embargoed MCAS and accountability results provided to superintendents and principals
  • Late September 2018 – Official MCAS and accountability results released to the public

By late December 2018, DESE is planning to make the new district and school report cards available to the public.
