DESE Seeking feedback on MA Accountability System

The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is collecting feedback from stakeholders about the Massachusetts’ school and district accountability and assistance system. The development of the new Massachusetts assessment and changes in federal requirements under the Every Student Succeeds Act will likely require some changes in the current system. The options to provide feedback include:

  • DESE will conduct three open conference calls for stakeholders: Tuesday, May 3 from 9 to 10:30 am; Thursday, May 5 from 3 to 4:30 pm; and Wednesday, May 11, from 1 to 2:30 pm.
