Some questions to consider:
Are these the best tools for rating schools, school districts and communities?
Are there other measures DESE should focus on?
Do these measure tell parents, community members and educators relevant and useful information about their public schools?
Do these measures support building the schools our communities deserve? Or do they perpetuate a test-and-punish system?
